Welcome to Wrestling Timer. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Wrestling Timer mobile application, related services, features, content, and subscriptions.
By downloading, accessing, or using Wrestling Timer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the application.
Use of the Application
Wrestling Timer is designed to assist coaches, athletes, officials, event workers, and wrestling users with timing, organization, and related wrestling functions.
You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the application.
You are responsible for ensuring that the use of Wrestling Timer is appropriate for your event, practice, competition, or personal use.
No Guarantee of Official Timing or Event Compliance
Wrestling Timer is provided as a tool to assist users. It is not a substitute for official rules, certified officials, governing body requirements, or event procedures.
You are responsible for verifying all timing, match procedures, scoring needs, and event requirements with the applicable governing body, league, school, tournament, or organization.
We do not guarantee that the application will meet the requirements of any specific wrestling organization, rule set, competition format, or event.
Subscriptions and Paid Features
Wrestling Timer may offer subscriptions or paid access to certain features, content, tools, or services.
Subscription options may include monthly, annual, lifetime, or other paid plans as made available within the application. The features included with each subscription may vary and may change over time.
Payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple’s payment terms and policies.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to the subscription plan you selected.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the application does not cancel your subscription.
Free Trials, Promotions, and Discounts
Wrestling Timer may offer free trials, promotional pricing, discounts, or limited-time access to paid features.
Promotional offers may be changed, extended, or discontinued at any time. If a free trial is offered, your subscription may begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.
Refunds
All billing, cancellations, and refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple.
Horton Press LLC does not directly process refunds for App Store purchases. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple according to its policies.
Fees already paid, including subscription fees, lifetime access fees, or other in-app purchases, are not refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.
Account and Device Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple ID, device, or account used to purchase or access the application.
Horton Press LLC is not responsible for loss of access caused by device changes, account issues, App Store restrictions, internet connectivity, or actions taken by Apple.
Updates to Terms and Policies
Horton Press LLC may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When terms are updated, we may require you to review and accept the updated version before continuing to use the application or certain features.
Your continued use of Wrestling Timer after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms of Use.
Privacy
Your use of Wrestling Timer is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the application.
App Content and Future Services
Wrestling Timer may provide access to additional content, downloads, media, packages, audio, music, training materials, or other services in the future.
Access to future content or services may require an active subscription, separate purchase, or additional acceptance of terms.
Horton Press LLC reserves the right to add, modify, remove, or limit access to any content or feature at any time.
Availability and Changes to the Application
Horton Press LLC may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Wrestling Timer at any time.
We do not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, or future software version.
App Deprecation or Discontinuation
Horton Press LLC reserves the right to deprecate, discontinue, suspend, or permanently shut down Wrestling Timer or any related services at its discretion.
If Horton Press LLC chooses to deprecate or discontinue the application, we will make reasonable efforts to provide users with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before the application or related services are no longer available.
Fees already paid, including subscription fees, lifetime access fees, or other in-app purchases, are not refundable due to app deprecation, discontinuation, suspension, or shutdown, except where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.
Users are responsible for canceling any active subscription through their Apple ID account settings. Deleting the application does not cancel an active subscription.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
Misuse the application or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the application except as allowed by law.
Use the application for illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to bypass subscription requirements, access controls, or security features.
Intellectual Property
Wrestling Timer, including its design, features, branding, text, graphics, code, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Horton Press LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, team, school, club, or organizational use, subject to these Terms of Use.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the application without written permission from Horton Press LLC.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Wrestling Timer is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horton Press LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horton Press LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Wrestling Timer.
This includes, but is not limited to, timing errors, event delays, scoring issues, data loss, lost revenue, device issues, or disputes related to competition results.
Third-Party Services
Wrestling Timer may rely on third-party services, including Apple, cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics services, or notification systems.
Horton Press LLC is not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or actions of third-party services.
Termination
Horton Press LLC may suspend or terminate access to the application or certain features if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, misused the application, or attempted to bypass payment or security systems.
You may stop using the application at any time. Subscription cancellation must be handled through your Apple ID account settings.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
